"Not really worth the price"
I ended up paying more than I expected, it just didn’t feel worth it. The item is okay, but nothing that really stands out for the price. I’ve bought similar products from other brands for less, and some of them felt just as good, if not better. It’s not terrible by any means, but compared to the competition, the value just isn’t there for me.

"Easy Communication the Whole Way"
They were really good about replying to my emails quickly and keeping me in the loop. I didn’t have to keep chasing anyone for updates, which was a relief. Everything was simple, clear, and straightforward. A friend had recommended them to me, and I’m glad I listened.

"Helpful support and a solid experience"
I had a question about my order and expected to wait forever, but customer service got back to me way faster than I thought. They were really nice and helped get everything sorted out. The whole thing wasn’t perfect, and a small part of the process was kind of ridiculous, but overall I had a good experience.

I was able to customize my trophy without much hassle, which was nice. There were plenty of options to pick from, and it didn’t feel like they were trying to limit choices or make the process confusing like some places seem to do.

"Bulk order was about what I expected"
I placed a big bulk order, maybe a few dozen items, and most of it showed up in good shape. The main hassle was sorting everything out, which took longer than I figured, probably an extra hour or two. Support did help, but it wasn’t exactly fast. Overall, it was okay, just not super smooth.

I reached out to support and they did eventually answer, but it took about two days. My sister had asked me if I’d heard back yet, so the wait was a little frustrating, but at least they did respond in the end.

"Ugh, shipping took forever"
I ordered this on a whim thinking it’d show up in a few days, but nope, it took almost two weeks. I kept checking the tracking and it barely moved, which was so frustrating. I reached out to support and they basically just told me to wait. i was annoyed enough that I don’t think I’d order from them again

"Box arrived smashed and no one made things clear"
My order from Dinn Bros. Trophies showed up in a completely crushed box, and there was barely any padding inside. The corners were bent up, and it looked like nobody really cared when packing it. What made it more annoying was the lack of clear communication about the shipping or what to expect. Disappointed with the whole experience...

The item is fine overall, but the finish wasn’t as clean as I expected. There were a few noticeable marks on it right out of the box. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “minor finish variations can happen,” which I get, but it still felt a little disappointing for a new product

"Didn’t last long at all"
I was disappointed with this. The material started cracking after about two weeks, and reading between the lines, it just doesn’t seem like it was made to hold up with regular use.

"Arrived in good shape with no issues"
The package showed up just fine, and there wasn’t really anything to complain about. The box wasn’t dented, ripped, crushed, or messed up in any noticeable way, which is always nice when you’re waiting on something to be delivered. Everything looked normal and undamaged when it arrived.

"Feels Cheap and Didn’t Last"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking about buying this, the quality really isn’t great. It felt cheap right out of the box, and after only a few days it ended up breaking. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re expecting something that will actually last.

"Good turnaround, just a small delay"
I ordered from Dinn Bros. Trophies and, the turnaround time was solid overall. They finished my order quicker than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the shipping update came a little late, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on at first. It still showed up in a reasonable amount of time though, and everything looked good when it arrived.

"I had to keep chasing them over..."
I had to keep chasing them over and over just to get a replacement sorted. Replies were super slow and it felt like no one really knew what was going on. Ended up waiting ages for something that should’ve been simple. Def not ordering from Dinn Bros. Trophies again
